FAQ's

1) Do You plan to make grips for wheels with rubber over-moulded grips?
(examples: Simagic GT Neo, Fanatec Mclaren GT3, Moza KS etc)
We only make replaceable grips for wheels that have removable grips (held onto the wheel plate by a series of screws). That is our USP. It is physically impossible to make replaceable grips for wheels with non-replaceable grips unless we destroy the grips on the wheel :-)
We suggest finding a local upholsterer to quote for covering your rubber grips with the material you desire.

2) What is the warranty on your Products?
Products provided by Pineapple Grips are manufactured and tested to the highest standards. As such, we are confident that product failure will usually be the result of wear and tear. Should you experience any issues with your product, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to help.
Warranties on our products are 6 months after the date of shipping.

3) Do you ship to Italy?
Yes we ship to Italy. We had awful experiences of Italian Customs using Royal Mail, so we now only offer fast tracking services, Fedex/UPS to avoid any potential customs delays.

4) Do you ship to Country XYZ?
We have already shipped to over 60 countries worldwide. If you find that your country is not listed at checkout. Drop us an email (sales@pineapplegrips.co..uk) and we will be happy to add it.

5) Do you sell grip pre-cut material, Grip templates or STL files?
Sorry, No we don't. If we did our business would quickly cease to exist :-) Our USP is designing, manufacturing and selling grips (including custom options) for your wheel.

6) What are the characteristics of Stretch Tech Material?
Pyramid Black: Wear with gloves/excellent grip
Hi Grip Black: Wear with gloves/excellent grip
Fine Weave Black: Wear with or without gloves/good grip

7) What are the characteristics of Faux Leather Material?
Circle Embossed Black: Wear with or without gloves/good grip/good comfort
Square Embossed Grain Effect Black: Wear with or without gloves/good grip/high comfort
Circle Embossed Dark Red: Wear with or without gloves/good grip/good comfort
Circle Embossed Dark Grey: Wear with or without gloves/good grip/good comfort

8) What are the characteristics of Genuine Leather Material?
Circle Perforated Napa Leather Black: Wear with or without gloves/good grip/good comfort/premium look

9) What are the characteristics of Genuine Alcantara® Material?
Alcantara: Wear with or without gloves/good grip/great comfort on bare hand/premium look/higher cleaning maintenance (with no gloves)
